So I went to Philomath, Oregon to find out exactly how she and her dad Ryan trained that range, from the ground up, starting at age 8. She's about to start her senior year of HS at West Albany high school and is committed to Murray State University for 2027-2028. Junior season -Oregon State record 136 3’s as a junior (4.7 per game) Averaged 27 points and 6 assists per game -won the schools first basketball state championship (73 year history) -Had 27 D1 offers -Chose Murray State for their style of play (87 points per game over the last 2 seasons), recent success (57 wins over the last two seasons), great coaches and family atmosphere. Works out 3 to 4 hours on the court everyday, working on ball handling, passing, shooting. Takes between 600 and 900 shots a day. About 350 warming up on the dish and then the rest are challenging shots contested and/or with specific footwork and in 1 on 1 type drills with a defender.
